Our Heritage
In 1955, Robert Derek Jeacock founded R.D. Jeacock & Sons in Market Harborough – an electrical contractor that was a much-loved business in the town. He then went on to open an electrical goods store in the town and served local customers for many decades. Sons Robert and Richard helped to develop the family business and continued to run the shop and the electrical contracting side, the latter being the main focus of the firm since the closure of the store in 2020 after 65 years.
